Dr. Mary Napper is a dynamic woman of God who freely shares her many gifts and extraordinary abilities with the Body of Christ. A native of Fitzgerald, Georgia, Dr. Napper currently resides in Hinesville, Georgia, where she has worked diligently alongside her husband, Bishop Raymond Napper, for over twenty-seven years at Powerhouse of Deliverance Church, Inc. Dr. Napper firmly believes in order to reach our full potential in Christ we must study to show ourselves approved unto God and use our gifts coupled with godly wisdom and discernment to edify the Church.
Skilled in the areas of financial management, administration, ministering, and teaching God’s Word to every manner of man, Dr. Napper sought the Lord to find how her unique gifts could best serve the Body. After identifying her primary ministry strengths in Pastoral Care and Christian Education, Dr. Napper enrolled at the Jacksonville Theological Seminary and earned her Doctoral Degree, completing coursework in Biblical Studies, Pastoral Counseling, Church Finance and other Religious Studies.
Dr. Napper is an electrifying preacher with a prophetic message and a unique anointing that stirs and convicts those that listen to her messages. To many, she is known as the modern day Esther and through her ministry many souls have been delivered and set free. She preaches with power the message of the living God as she yields to the Holy Ghost, which manifests itself through her ministry in that sinners are saved, backsliders revived, and healing, deliverance and restoration for the “whole man” take place. An ordained Elder in the Powerhouse of Deliverance Church, Dr. Napper is driven by her religious and vocational objective: to serve her calling as a minister in the Church of Jesus Christ and to pastor alongside her husband, Bishop Napper, in the multi-cultural interdenominational setting.
